Refund Policy

During the free trial

Unlimited starts with a 14-day free trial. If you cancel before the trial ends, you are never charged, so there's nothing to refund.

After you've been charged

If you're charged $1.99 — when your trial ends or when your plan renews — and you didn't mean to keep Unlimited, email us within 14 days of the charge and we'll refund it in full. No questions asked.

After 14 days, charges aren't normally refundable, but you can cancel at any time so that you aren't charged again, and Unlimited keeps working until the end of the year you've paid for.

How to ask for a refund

Email drew.traver@icloud.com from the address on your account, or reply to your receipt email. Refunds are issued by our reseller, Lemon Squeezy, to the card you paid with, and usually appear within 5–10 business days depending on your bank.

If the service shuts down

If we ever close Show Tracker Web, we'll refund the unused part of any paid year.

Your legal rights

This policy doesn't affect any rights you have under the consumer laws where you live.
